Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via our standard carrier service, and you can expect them to land at your door within 3–5 working days.

Standard delivery is charged at £5.94 for mainland UK orders under £75. For orders £75 and over, delivery’s on us.

For UK delivery outside of the mainland — including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man — there will be a delivery charge of £19.99, and delivery may take up to 7 business days.

We ship all orders using a next business day courier service once your order’s ready to go.

You’ll get your order delivered to the address you give us at checkout. If our courier (DPD) can’t deliver to your address, they’ll either leave it in your safe place, with a neighbour, or at your local DPD Pickup Shop if no safe place is set.

Just a heads up — orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning. Same goes for Bank Holidays — our warehouses are closed, so anything ordered then will be sorted on the next working day.

Once your order’s been delivered — whether to you, a Pickup Shop, or your safe place — it’s yours. From that point, it’s held at your own risk and we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage.
