UK Returns & Exchanges

You can return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. 

How to Start a Return

All UK returns must be registered through our support team. 

If your item is faulty or there is an issue with your order, please contact us on our Contact Form Here, before starting your return. 

Preparing Your Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Pack your item(s) securely
  • Ensure all original packaging, tags, and labels are attached
  • Add your order number and email address inside the package.
  • Write the return address clearly on your parcel:

Sending Your Return

You can:

  • Send the parcel with any courier of your choosing. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or you cancel your full order within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Please keep all tracking information from the courier.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • All original packaging and tags must be present
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt

Exchanges

We currently do not provide any exchanges at this time.

Processing Times & Notifications

Returns can take a few days to reach our warehouse. Once received, we’ll process your return within 5 working days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. You can track your return using the tracking number provided by the courier.
